The keynote address will be from Ovum, users' experiences will
be shared and there will be presentations from both suppliers

EVUA runs conferences each year in Europe, ASIA-PAC and

subjects ranging from TCO management, convergence and new generation

Invitations and details on the venue and programme are
usually sent to members two months prior to the event whilst
the actual date is published as soon as the venue is
confirmed.

EVUA Service Cost Management Forum
With the global financial crisis now effecting multinational corporation
budgets, this timely forum will address the issues facing EVUA members
and look at some of the solutions available.
The objective of this forum is to develop a programme of EVUA/Ovum
activities in 2009 to support the service cost management requirements
of our users and supplier members.
