Rather than put in place a warning system to indicate that a spend limit is being reached, T-Mobile UK has introduced "New Euro Broadband Boosters & Euro Internet Boosters" with effect from 1 March.  It does not appear to have forewarned users nor does it appear to discriminate between consumers and business users.  When roaming, users are required to purchase one of the following:-

Euro Broadband boosters for Mobile Broadband will be as follows:
£1 for 3MB – 24 hour duration
£5 for 20MB – 24 hour duration
£10 for 50MB – 24 hour duration
£40 for 200MB – 1 Month duration

Euro Internet boosters for handset data browsing will be as follows:
£1 for 3MB – 1 Day duration
£5 for 20MB – 1 Week duration
£10 for 50MB – 1 Month duration

In the case of Enterprises, this appears to a breach of contract, if no notice has been given.

Have any EVUA members been affected?
What are other operators doing?
